Who is Mihaela Iordache

With over 25 years’ experience in various capacities and across different industries, Mihaela is passionate about people and business. As a qualified CPA Accountant and professional member of Australian Institute of Management, her professional competence places her in an ideal position to be able to identify opportunities in key areas of business where small changes can have a big impact.

Prior to establishing her consultancy business, Mihaela has gained a broad base of skills from her experience in both ASX listed and private companies as a Deputy General Manager, Finance Business Partner and Management Accountant, to name just a few. Going from being the doer to being a leader, she can identify with the challenges new leaders face and offer advice from lived experience. Her decision to go into business consulting was based on her passion of helping people succeed both personally and professionally.

Mihaela is also an accredited personal development coach. She had coached many individuals in leadership roles to become more constructive, using the world leading Human Synergistics LSI diagnostic and coaching tools. Mihaela is part of the coaches team for the Homeward Bound leadership development program, a global initiative for women and non-binary people with a STEMM background.
